Note the acceptor induced decrease in the donor emission due to FRET. (B) Temperature-dependent FRET measurements were performed on IAEDENS-IAF actin filaments (4 μM) in the absence and presence of different concentrations of Lmod2FL. FRET efficiencies calculated from the emission spectra (representative spectra are shown on panel (A)) were normalised by FRET efficiency measured at the lowest temperature (relative f ‘, Eq 9) and plotted as a function of temperature.
