High resolution computed tomography scan of the neck and chest of Patient number 1 and of Patient number 2 showed the presence of a tracheal lesion (Part A: Patient number 2), pneumomediastinum and esophageal bulging (Part B: Patient number 1) in absence of other signs as pneumothorax, mediastinal collection and oesophageal injury.
