Experimental relaxation data and derived order parameters for cGeXIVA_GG. T₁ (top panel) and heteronuclear NOE (middle panel) values for the Cα nuclei were measured at 600 MHz. Errors are shown as standard deviations of triplicate measurements. Only 18 of the residues could be analyzed. A model-free analysis was used to derive order parameters (bottom panel). Models 1 and 2 of model-free were used in the analysis. Errors, shown as standard deviation, were estimated using a Monte Carlo algorithm.
