Students t-test: *P = 0.050 (other groups narrowly ns: e.g. untreated controls 24 h vs hypothalamic extract undiluted 24 h, P = 0.09; Hypothalamic extract 10× diluted + PP vs the same + EPL001, P = 0.06).
