Study represent detection of cycle arrest in the ER+MCF-7 cells treated with control (A); ALA (1/2 IC₅₀) (B); ALA (IC₅₀) (C). Cells were treated with Annexin V FITC and PI. Dual parameter dot plot of FITC-fluorescence (x-axis) vs. PI-fluorescence (y-axis) shows logarithmic intensity. Values are presented as mean ± SD and the comparisons are made on the basis of one-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni multiple test.
