A database search using Byonic™ identified N-glycan + peptide combinations from homo (A) and porcine (B) plasma fibronectin with each site being shown using the standard symbol nomenclature for glycans system [48]. The N-glycan structures are mostly inferred from the assigned glycosyl compositions (see Supplementary Tables 2 and 3) without any further attempt to verify their isomeric arrangement.
