Weight groups were defined by body mass index (calculated as weight in kilograms divided by height in meters squared): underweight (<18.5), normal weight (18.5-24.9), overweight (25.0-29.9), obesity class 1 (30.0-34.9), obesity class 2 (35.0-39.9), and obesity class 3 (≥40).
