The composition of each component of the nonlinear elastic phantom used in this study. Molten agar (1g/100mL of deionized water) was mixed with 200 Bloom gelatin (16g/100mL water) in a ratio of 3 parts agar solution to 2 parts gelatin solution. Formaldehyde was added (per table values) to cross link the gelatin and raise the melting point.44 Safflower oil was added to the sphere to reduce its elastic modulus while maintaining its gel concentrations.45
