0.1 million cells suspended in 1 ml medium were cultured in 48 well plate overnight for adherence and were incubated with late log CFSE labelled Leishmania at MOI 1:10 for 18 h and 24 h at 37 °C in CO₂ incubator followed by harvesting and running through flow cytometer. Each value shown is Leishmania uptake in terms of % of total represented as mean ± SEM of values obtained from three independent assays.
