Efflux ratio of [³H]desmosterol (Panel A) or [³H]Aβ_1–40 (Panel B) obtained by dividing the brain uptake clearance (Cl_up, µL/g/s) measured in the presence of T₄ (10 µM) over the Cl_up measured in the absence (Ctrl) of T₄ (ER^T4/ctrl) in WT and Abcg4-KO mice. Data are means ± S.D. of 5–8 mice. *p < 0.05 (two-way ANOVA analysis followed by a Bonferroni post-test).
