Total RNA was isolated from Bermudagrass leaves treated at 4°C for 0, 3, 6, 12, and 24 h, respectively. Quantative real-time PCR was repeated for three times. R and S represented cold-resistance and cold-sensitive Bermudagrass genotype, RA and SA represents the treatment with 100 μM ABA solution at a temperature of 4°C (day/night) respectively. Mean and SD were calculated from three repeats of each treatment. Columns marked with different letters indicate significant differences among different regimes at different Bermudagrass genotype based on Ducan’s multiple range tests (P < 0.05).
