Cellular localization of Rho-labeled LMWP-drug conjugates in A2780 human ovarian carcinoma cells. Free CPT, Rho-labeled CPT-PR, Rho-labeled CPT-PR-LMWP, Rho-labeled CPT-PR-LMWP and heparin mixture, and Rho-labeled CPT-PR-LMWP, heparin, and protamine mixture were overlaid onto cultured A2780 cells in the presence of 10% FBS. Cellular localization was monitored by confocal microscopy.
