Regulatory effect of tribulusamide D on PGE2 production in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. Cells were treated with tribulusamide D (25–100 µM) for 1 h prior to LPS (0.5 µg/ml) stimulation for 24 h. Quantitative measurement of PGE2 level was performed by using cell culture supernatants.
