Treatment with angelicin inhibits tumor growth in a mouse orthotopic xenograft model of liver cancer. Following tumor development, mice were randomly assigned into 3 groups (n=6 mice/group) and treated daily with 20 or 50 mg/kg of angelicin, or with equal volume of saline (NC group), delivered intraperitoneally for 16 days. (A) Tumor volume, (B) body weight and (C) tumor weight were measured. Data are expressed as the mean ± standard deviation of 6 individual mice in each group from one experiment. **P<0.01 vs. the NC group. NC, negative control.
