AKAP2 activate β-catenin/TCF signaling in ovarian cancer cells. (A) AKAP2 activated Topflash, the reporter gene for β-catenin/TCF signaling, in OVCAR3 cells. (B) Knockdown of AKAP2 expression inhibited the expression of Snail, c-Myc and N-cadherin in OVCAR3 and OVCA433 cells.
