The ratio of mRNA expression in DPC-S for each neurotrophic factor was averaged, and the mean value was standardized to 1.0 for comparison with DPC-FS. The values are expressed as the mean ± SE. Significant differences between the two groups were determined by Student’s t-test (n = 6).
