Dose response effects of diclofenac, ibuprofen, morphine, duloxetine and caffeine on the changes in RSB observed in mice with AA-induced visceral pain. Drugs were administered 90 min after AA (30 min before the test). NSAIDs drugs ibuprofen and diclofenac significantly reversed depressive-like behaviours. Morphine, duloxetine and caffeine were ineffective at any dose tested. (a) Latency to eat, (b) approaches to eat, (c) amount consumed and (d) eating duration.
