All sequences including identical CDR3 amino acid segments were considered originating from the same clone. Shannon Diversity Index was calculated to show diversity of sequences generated from 4 subjects’ specimens at various time points. Shannon Index was calculated using the formula: $H^{\prime }=-{\displaystyle \sum _{i=1}^R}{p}_{i}ln{p}_i$.
