The selection frequencies of the stable features for naMCI vs. aMCI classification. The baseline, wave-2 or longitudinal frequency are the selection frequencies of the feature measured at baseline, wave-2 or longitudinally, respectively. The selection frequency (between 0 and 3,000) of each feature is indicative of the discriminative power for classification. Volume of right rostral middle frontal and thickness of right pericalcarine are more discriminative in former time point, while volume of right frontal pole is more discriminative in later time point.
