CEACAM1-4S mRNA expression in relation to the metastatic potential of human breast cancer cell lines. CEACAM1-4S mRNA levels were detected in immortal human breast MCF10A cells and breast cancer BT549, Hs578T, MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-468, T47D, and MCF7 cells by quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Data display the fold change relative to MCF10A. Each experiment was repeated at least three times. CEACAM1-4S, carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 1-4S.
