OCI-AML-3 (circles), KG-1a (squares), MOLM-16 (diamonds), MOLM-13 (open triangles) MV-4-11 (inverted open triangle) cell lines were incubated with 0.1% DMSO or 3 μM AZD1208 for 24 h, then 1 h prior to harvesting the cells (A) [3H]uridine was added to the cell culture or (B) [3H]leucine was added to the cell culture as described in Materials and Methods.
