(A and B) The mRNA expressions of PTMA, NOL3, ZNF428, NASP, AAMP, DTNBP1, GORASP1 and CALR in OSF submucous tissues were determined using QPCR assays, compared to the normal oral submucosa tissues. (C and D) The protein expression of PTMA in OSF submucous tissues were determined using Western blot assays and immunochemistry, compared to the normal oral submucosa tissues.
