(A) The cells were divided into 4H7-stimulated group and control group. First, phosphorylated proteins were extracted from each group. Then, phosphorylated B7-H3 and entire B7-H3 were detected by Western blot. The results revealed that B7-H3 was phosphorylated after stimulation by 4H7. (B) The relative protein expression levels of phosphorylated B7-H3 were markedly high after stimulation by 4H7 (***P < 0.001).
