PMP model details. For each model, target-template sequence identity, experimental annotation regarding the template, and cross-references to the model provider is available. A link allows users to automatically submit the protein sequence to interactive modeling servers for generating an updated prediction. The sequence alignment between the target and the template sequences is indicated, and a plot of the evolutionary distance between target and template gives an estimate about the expected accuracy of the model. Specialized model quality estimation tools can be automatically invoked for the model at hand to provide a more in depth assessment.
