Effect of hIL-1RA on LPS-induced hippocampal pro-inflammatory cytokines. Vehicle (0.9%) or LPS (100 μg/kg) was administered i.p. 4 d post-ICM injection of either vehicle (0.9%) or hIL-1RA (100 μg) and the hippocampal neuroinflammatory response measured 2 h post-LPS or vehicle treatment.
