Cut-points for gene expression were those derived by the ExMax-algorithm, see Table 3. Four measures of agreement are given: log(DOR) (natural logarithm of the Diagnostic Odds Ratio, DOR), Cohen's Kappa (inter-rater agreement), Kruscal's Gamma (strength of association) and the rate of discordant samples (conjugate to the rate of conclusive samples).
