Parameters have been obtained by the ExMax-method applied to 2880 samples. 95% Confidence intervals have been obtained via expected Fisher information (see ‘Material and methods’, section ‘Obtaining confidence intervals for expression distribution parameters’) and verified by bootstrapping (see chapter 8 in [35]).
