RPMI-8226 and U266 were incubated in the presence or absence of MO-OH-Nap or solvent control (DMSO). Whole cell lysate was obtained and immunoblot analysis of PARP, cleaved caspases-3, -8 and -9 was performed along with β-tubulin as a loading control. The gels are representative of three independent experiments.
