(A) Cells were treated with different concentrations of ipatasertib and chemotherapy for 72 hours and evaluated for proliferation by MTT (3,(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2)2,5 difeniltetrazolium bromide) staining, as described in Materials and Methods. Constant ratio for combination was chosen considering the ratio between IC₅₀ of each single drug. (B) Combination index (CI) CI was determined by CompuSyn analysis, for effect dose 50 (ED₅₀) of each combination. Results represent the median of three separate experiments, each performed in quadruplicate. P values < 0.01 were considered as statistically significant (**).
