miR-144-3p suppresses HCC cell cycle progression to inhibit tumor growth. (A) QGY-7703 and SK-hep1 cells, which were transfected with miR-144-3p mimics or NC for 48 h, were harvested and analyzed by FACS and (B) the cell cycle distribution was determined.
