Disease parameters in SCID mice treated with four different antagomirs, and control mice that have received either PBS or the scrambled LNA antagomir, or have received no cells at all (control, non-colitic mice). Despite that anti-miR-142-5p seemed to result in strongest amelioration of colitis, no significant differences were found when comparing antagomir-treated mice to scrambled LNA antagomir-treated mice.
