Chromatin immunoprecipitation of PTEN and IGFBP2 promoters with an anti-ERG antibody in the VCaP cell line. The signal was normalised to a control mouse IgG. (A) For the PTEN promoter, the RNA Pol II signal was 15.38 (±0.32; P<0.0001) relative to the control, whereas the ERG signal was 7.53 (±0.72; P<0.001).
