It is important to note that while catheters maintain the grid pattern of the template close to the patient’s perineum, they lose the pattern due to bending and crossing as they get closer to the uterus. This complicates the segmentation problem, and is addressed by our method which starts from the distal end of each catheter and tracks it to the base of the template.
