The table shows the effects of ghrelin after 4 weeks of treatment. Data are expressed as mean ± SEM. Two-way ANOVA with Bonferroni post hoc test for multiple comparisons was used to analyse data. #Represents the p-value between WT and R6/2 treated with vehicle, and §represents the p-value between vehicle and ghrelin treatment in R6/2 mice. A p-value below 0.05 was considered significant.
