Whole-blood obtained from patients with glioma (GBM, A; astrocytoma, B; OD, C; metastasis, D) were cultured with mesothelin or its derivatives in the absence of cytokine conditioning, with IL-2/IL-7 or IL-2/IL-15/IL-21 conditioning over seven days. Supernatants were then harvested for IFN-γ detection by ELISA. Shown are dot plots representing responses of individual patients.
