Data on lineage and cancer-specific LUAD lncRNAs was obtained from miTranscriptome. The top three lncRNAs with specificity to LUAD are shown. AUC = Area under the curve. False positive rate and false negative rate were generated using miTranscriptome-calculated expression levels for primary LUAD and normal lung tissue samples generated by TCGA. ROC curves were generated using the ROCR package in R.
