In hypoxia-normoxia group, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) production were higher and apoptosis was delayed compared to control group. In hypoxia-hyperoxia group, production of H2O2 was increased and apoptosis was delayed compared to control group; however, TLR4 receptor production was restored to control group.
