NAMPT regulates intercellular adherens by promoting the phosphorylation of VE-cadherin and expression of β-catenin, analyzed by western blot analysis in the four groups of treated cells. GAPDH was used for internal standardization. Bar graph demonstrates the mean ratios of the abundance of p-VE-cadherin to that of VE-cadherin, or β-catenin relative to GAPDH in each sample. All the values are reported as the mean ± standard deviation based on three independent replicates. Statistically significant differences were calculated with the Student's t-test. **P<0.01.
