Sirtinol prolongs the cardiac allograft survival in murine cervical heterotopic cardiac transplant model. a Fully MHC-mismatched cardiac allograft recipients (BALB/C to C57BL/6) were treated with DMSO, sirtinol (1 mg/kg/day) by intraperitoneal injection since the day receiving transplantation until when cardiac arrest occurred.
