(a) In WT mice, CRISP4 expression is mostly observed at the apical (luminal) membrane of the epididymal cells. (b) In ob/ob mice, CRISP4 expression is mainly observed in the base of the cells. (c) The pattern of CRISP4 expression in ob/ob mice treated with leptin is similar to that observed in WT animals.
