(A) Evaluation of the estimated functional network atlases for developing infants (1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months of age) using the conventional similarity network fusion method introduced in [9] and our proposed diffusive-shrinking graph method. We display the mean distance between estimated network atlas and all individuals in the population of networks at each diffusion iteration, with and without denoising.
