Intraocular pressure and retinal microglia reactivity in DBA/2J/Pax6-Norrin glaucoma. (A) Intraocular pressure (IOP) of transgenic DBA/2J/Pax6-Norrin and DBA/2J wild-type littermates (WT) was measured at the age of 5 to 12 months (mean ± SEM; n ≥ 18).
