Leukocyte adhesion two hours following IVC ligation (lig) was reduced in pcsk9 −/− mice compared to WT mice (n = 4 mice per group). Adherent leukocytes were defined as leukocyte lack of movement for two-minutes and quantified by counting overlaid pictures at 0 min and 2 min.
