Peritoneal membrane was collected at 21 days after CG injury with or without administration of KX2-391(KX2) (AE). (A) Peritoneum tissue lysates were subjected to immunoblot analysis with specific antibodies against p-STAT3, STAT3, p-AKT, AKT, or Tubulin. (B) Expression levels of p-STAT3 were quantified by densitometry and normalized with STAT3. (C) Expression levels of STAT3 were quantified by densitometry and normalized with Tubulin.
