The number of cells in the ATP1B3-siRNA1 and ATP1B3-siRNA3 group that migrated to the lower chamber was significantly less than that in other groups. Down-regulation of ATP1B3 in gastric cancer cells inhibited cell migration ability in vitro. **P<0.01 vs. Control. The images were obtained at 200× magnification. (B) Invasion ability of the SGC-7901 and MKN-45 cells was suppressed in the ATP1B3-siRNA1 and ATP1B3-siRNA3 group compared with the Mock and Control groups according to a Transwell assay.
