(B) HEK293T cells were transfected with HA-ATG7 and indicated GFP-tagged plasmids. The cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with anti-GFP and immunoblotted with anti-HA or anti-GFP as indicated. (C) Hela cells were transfected with indicated plasmids. At 24 h after transfection, the cells were co-cultured with MT2 cells for another 24 h. Then the cells were washed with PBS three times to remove MT2 cells and lysed for immunoblot assays. β-actin was used as a loading control. The data were representative of three independent experiments.
