GAF1 binds to multiple regions of the AtGA20ox2 promoter in vivo. ChIP assays were performed with anti-GST or anti-GFP in RGApro:RGA-GFP transgenic plants. Green bars indicate GAF1-binding sites of the AtGA20ox2 promoter. The coprecipitated level of each DNA fragment was quantified by real-time PCR and normalized to the input DNA.
