TUDCA treatment increases insulin clearance in HFD mice. Plasma levels of insulin (A), C-peptide (C) and the C-peptide/Insulin ratio (E). AUC of plasma insulin concentration (B), C-peptide (D) and C-peptide/Insulin ratio (F).
