Endogenous level of LCN2 affect to epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) progress of colorectal cancer (CRC) cells. (a) Images of cell migration of different cell lines. Using the wound healing assay for the three cancer cell lines, wounds were compared at 0, 24, 48 and 72 h after scratching. Quantitative measurements of wound closure ability are shown. (b) Total cell lysates of SW620, DLD‐1 and HT‐29 cells were prepared for western blotting. The protein levels of EMT markers (E‐cadherin, Vimentin and MMP2) were analyzed with the appropriate antibodies. Actin was used as a loading control.
