Pseudotyped HIV/EBOV was incubated with A549 cells at 4 °C at the −1 h time point. After 1 h of incubation, the unbound virus was removed and temperature was shifted to 37 °C to trigger virus internalization. Benztropine (25 μM), AZT (1 μM), cp15 (10 μg/mL) or cp19 (10 μg/mL) was introduced at different time points of virus infection, and the compounds’ effects on viral infection are shown (means ± SD (n = 3)). The statistical analysis is reported in Supplementary Table 3.
